quote Decided to come here for a birthday dinner on a Thursday dinner. Made a reservation for 4 persons. Was shown to our reserved table inside. Gave us ample time to make our selection. Order our dumplings and dishes with rice. Fried chicken and squid. Stir fry tofu with seasonable vegetables and a traditional fish flavoured lean pork with bamboo shots. All yummy and service was quick with all dishes served within minutes. Definitely would come back again. Can purchase uncooked dumplings for takeaway to boil or pan fry. Also discount if paid in cash. Thumbs up for this!

quote Very nice ambiance, large portions and affordable prices. I brought the leftovers home and the packaging was good .. Lots of choices in the menu and you can see the chefs at work.. definitely a place to dine if your craving for Chinese food.

quote This is a delightful little restaurant hidden away. The reviews were okay so we decided to give it a try. Chicken and Prawn fried rice 10/10 Sweet and sour pork 8/10 Fried squid 7/10 But the chicken ribs were a solid 2/10. They looked nice, crumb was good, but dry and overseasoned. So much so that it overwhelmed the other flavours. Also, the price per main is quite high at around $26.80. If the food wasn't asalted and overwhelming, it might have felt worth it. Expect to spend between $30 - $40 a head.

quote First timer and won't be the last. Clean, fresh and a particularly nice Szechuan sauce. Recommended.

quote These are, very likely, the best fried dumplings that you can get in Victoria. Nothing in Chinatown compares. The servings are very generous, the dimpling dough is delicious, and the prices are shockingly reasonable. Plenty of other things on the menu are also great, and it's pretty authentic. The only confusing thing about this restaurant is why something so genuine and incredible is located all the way out in Beaconsfield, but I'm not complaining about it!
